Lavanda Sky is a beauty clinic that uses nonsurgical procedures and technologies to help people maintain themselves healthy and beautiful. Their latest technology and internationally trained staff allowed them to have successful partnerships with Selenia Italia and Deka, who are world market leaders in the industry.

The brand is well recognized by those who are looking for a full experience, from facial treatments to body treatments, laser hair removal, and beauty products.

The challenge

The offline experience the brand was delivering to its clients was truly remarkable. Their equipment and specialists were able to offer top-class services and procedures. But due to inconsistent branding, poor UX and lack of audience relevant data, it was hard to reach out to future potential clients. 

The brand communication was inconsistent on social channels and the incomplete customer management system was not allowing the brand to scale or to benefit from an inbound marketing approach.

The objective was to improve the overall online presence and performance of the brand in order to align it with the brand’s potential and vision.
