The client

InnovX Xelerator joined forces with BCR to create one of the most ambitious hubs for entrepreneurial innovation in Central and Eastern Europe. Through their program, startups get immediate access to the newest technologies, top education, and global communities.

With partners like Microsoft, Startup Grind, and UiPath, InnovX-BCR provides startups with leadership, investment and branding workshops, business-plan course, and mentoring programs.

The mission

Being a great success since its inception, with over 300 entrepreneurs registered, InnovX-BCR wanted to introduce a Branding Strategy Workshop for startups, in order to help them build valuable brands for their business.

InnovX-BCR approached Balloonline seeking a branding partner with a strong background in the startup ecosystem, to help them deliver a comprehensive one-day workshop for the fortunate startups accepted in the incubation program.

The Startups

A total of 15 startups coming from industries like HealthTech, Space Industry, Energy, HR, and Software went through the workshop called Marketing of Branding® and learned how to build not only attractive but effective brands.

Marketing of Branding ®

Marketing of Branding® by Balloonline is an extensive training that helps startups and SMEs build powerful strategies that can successfully be applied through their marketing activities, both online and offline.

After working with over 50 companies, our team came up with a new methodology based on principles that analyze and leverage business components like product features, market opportunities, brand audience, user journey, and more.

During the training, companies learn to create memorable customer experiences, to better market their products and become more relevant in the market.

The workshop is suitable for startups and SMEs and is now available for all our clients, both as service on-demand or in house training.

Why balloonline

Balloonline experience goes beyond having startups as clients. Our CEO, Vladimir Sabo, who also became InnovX-BCR brand ambassador in 2020, started the company from scratch, using lean methodologies and keeping its strong startup pedigree even years ago.

On top of that, during the last years, we built our own 3 startups in 3D Printing, AdTech, and Air Purification having our skin in the game, experiencing every single good and bad phase of building a startup.
